TangoLango subscriptions will be sold in the iOS and Android apps. The purchase screen will show the current price, renewal terms, and any trial before you confirm.

Requesting a refund

Apple or Google processes store purchases and refund requests. Use the purchase history or subscription controls for the store where you paid. If you cannot identify the purchase or need help finding the right route, use our contact form.

How refunds are issued

The store decides eligible refund requests and returns approved refunds to the original payment method. TangoLango cannot issue an App Store or Google Play refund outside that store.

EU/UK right of withdrawal
