Refund Policy

The 7-day free trial exists so you never pay for something you haven't genuinely tried. Beyond that, we keep refunds human.

The trial is the promise

Every subscription starts with 7 fully-featured free days. Cancel before the trial ends — one click from your receipt email or the Polar customer portal — and you pay nothing.

Charged and regret it?

If a renewal slipped past you or the first paid week didn't click, write to us within 14 days of the charge via the contact form and we'll refund it. We may ask what didn't work — that's product feedback, not an interrogation.

How refunds are issued

Payments and refunds are handled by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Polar, typically within a few business days.

EU/UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/UK have a statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases. Where it applies, Polar (Polar Software Inc.) administers that right as Merchant of Record. Our policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights and never reduces them.
