Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TangoLango (www.tangolango.com and the TangoLango mobile app), a service operated by NMajor Studios LLC (a Wyoming, USA limited liability company) ("we", "us"). By using TangoLango you agree to these Terms.

1. What TangoLango provides

TangoLango is a subscription language-learning service: an AI tutor (in-app and via WhatsApp), AI-generated study sentences with synthesized audio and optional illustrations, spaced-repetition lessons, and listening practice. Content is generated by AI for your personal study use.

2. Subscription, trial, and payments

TangoLango is sold as a subscription ($39/month or $299/year, subject to change for new subscribers) with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial; you are charged only if you do not cancel before it ends. Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as our Merchant of Record. Polar (Polar Software Inc.) handles billing, receipts, and applicable sales tax / VAT, and your purchase is also subject to Polar (Polar Software Inc.)'s terms. We do not store your card details. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Your content and license

Sentences, audio, and images generated for your account are licensed to you for personal study. You may not resell them or present TangoLango as your own service. Words and situations you submit remain yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service for you.

4. AI-generated content

Study content is produced by automated systems and, while we run dialect and quality checks, it may occasionally contain errors. It is provided for learning purposes and without warranty of accuracy. If something looks wrong, tell your tutor — corrections feed back into your deck.

5. WhatsApp

The WhatsApp tutor is provided via the WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms. Message delivery depends on Meta's platform; the in-app chat offers the same capabilities if WhatsApp is unavailable.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use TangoLango to break the law, infringe others' rights, abuse the tutor for non-learning bulk generation, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Tutor messaging has fair-use daily limits. We may suspend access for misuse.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: the trial means you should never pay for something you haven't tried, and EU/UK statutory rights are always honored via Polar (Polar Software Inc.).

8. Disclaimers & liability

TangoLango is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NMajor Studios LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Children

TangoLango is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old (or, in the EU/EEA, at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country) to use TangoLango.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
